Before booking a detailing service with Diamond Shine, please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions. These policies ensure a transparent and fair experience for all our customers.
Maintenance Package Eligibility
Our Maintenance Package is designed for regularly detailed and well-maintained vehicles. Please note that upon arrival, our technician will assess your vehicle to ensure it meets the minimum maintenance standard. If your vehicle has excessive buildup, staining, pet hair or neglect, the Maintenance Package will not apply, and an Executive Detail will be required. You will be informed before any work begins, giving you the option to proceed or cancel, potentially incurring a fee.
Vehicle Inspections and Paint Condition
To ensure transparency and protect both parties, vehicles are thoroughly inspected before and after the service. Pre-existing damage such as scratches or paint defects will be recorded and pointed out. Diamond Shine uses high-quality products, but we are not responsible for paint flaking, peeling or lifting, especially on vehicles with prior resprays or repairs of questionable quality. Such issues are undertaken at the owner's risk.
Vehicle Age, Engine Bay Cleaning, and Slippery Surfaces
Vehicles over 5 years old may have weaker materials prone to damage. Cleaning is carried out at the owner’s risk for older or poorly maintained vehicles. Engine bay cleaning carries inherent risks; you must inform us of any sensitive components, alarms, or custom wiring. Some products may leave surfaces slippery; please take caution. Diamond Shine accepts no liability for issues arising from unreported components or failure to heed warnings.
Size Guide, Cancellations, and Personal Belongings
Our website's size guide is a general reference. Diamond Shine reserves the right to classify your vehicle based on its size and detailing requirements. Cancellations or rescheduling require a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Less notice may incur a fee. Please remove all personal belongings as Diamond Shine is not responsible for lost or damaged items. Mobile bookings may be rescheduled due to adverse weather.
Payment Terms
Payment is due immediately upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, bank transfer & card.
